Looking for a Director of Leasing & Marketing for a student housing apartment community near the University of South Carolina in Cayce, SC.
Job
Summary:
The Director of Leasing & Marketing is the primary marketing and leasing agent for the property and assists the Executive Director with planning and executing leasing and marketing strategies, including sales, advertising, public relations, special events and social marketing initiatives.
Job Duties:
Acts as primary sales representative for the property,
Supervises and trains sales team,
Executes marketing plan to achieve business goals and objectives,
Develops and execute resident events, leasing events and other events as needed,
Develops and distributes resident and prospect newsletters and e-mailers,
Plans and implements marketing promotions,
Maintains Web site, and leads other social marketing initiatives with assistance
of student workers,
Develops and manages resident and prospect information databases,
Assists with special projects as needed.
Qualifications
Earned or working toward bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, communications and/or equivalent experience.
1-3 years of experience in relevant fields above.
Strong knowledge of 18-24 year old demographic (Millennials).
Knowledge of elements of graphic design and social marketing programs.
Excellent customer service skills a must.
Excellent verbal and written skills.
High energy, creative, positive individual.
Ability to lead and work with all different kinds of people.
Ability to read and write English fluently.
Knowledge of Yardi property management program a plus.
