Mainframe Operator

Our client is in search of a Mainframe Operator for a long-term contract @ their headquarters. This position is responsible for providing technical assistance and expertise necessary for assuring the production environment's integrity with minimum utilization of other IT resources and limited customer impacts.
Qualifications
Training and experience in information systems and IBM z/OS operating systems.
Detailed knowledge in areas such as:
Familiar with z/OS Job Control Language (JCL)
Operating system commands ( i.e. JES / z/OS )
TSO
Job Scheduling System ( i.e. CA-ESP )
Familiar with the operation of IBM 4100 laser printers
Problem/Change Management Software (i.e. BMC Footprints)
Output Management Software (i.e. Dispatch and $AVRS)
System Automation commands ( i.e. CA-OPSMVS )
Source Control Software (i.e. CA Endevor)
Must be willing to work some weekend shifts, as needed.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
