Helpdesk & Deskside Support Technician

Our client is looking for a contract-to-hire resource to assist their team in help desk & deskside support work:
Support MS Office & Windows
Ticket routing software experience (including processes)- BMC Footprints, Remedy, etc.
Advanced knowledge of SCCM, Dameware, or other remote assistance
Provide experienced second level support via phone & deskside
Telephone, E-mail & face-to-face communication skills to users & peers must be well above par
Ability to manage workload with little hands-on direction
Provide outstanding customer service and problem solving skills
Ability to strive in a highly active team environment with a can-do and positive spirit.


Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
