Game masters interact with guests during their game and ensure they have an incredible time.
They also work at the front, check-in guests, perform bartending duties (beer and wine), help with reservations, and ensure guests are pumped up to have an incredible time.
Geeks, gamers, actors, comedians, people-persons, and fun-loving entertainment specialists are all encouraged to apply.
Game Masters help create the energy and excitement necessary for customers to have a genuine Escape Game experience.
They should also be able to calm fears and provide the support, and clarity teams need to succeed.
They offer an enthusiastic attitude while maintaining a professional, service-oriented focus.
Game Masters are team players who work in conjunction with team leaders to deliver flawless experiences to our customers by hosting, explaining, facilitating, and monitoring our games.

A Game Master is responsible for the following:
1) Receive and greet teams 2) Serve beer/wine 3) Introduce games 4) Explain game rules 5) Answer questions 6) Monitor games 7) Give clues/hints/help 8) Identify potential problems in advance 9) Debrief teams 10) Take group photos 11) Accurately reset game rooms 12) Assist with basic cleaning duties 13) Stay productive with cleaning and maintenance during downtime A game master is highly skilled at uncovering customers' needs and then following through with timely and decisive solutions.
Also, game masters are often called upon to help with merchandising, game room/building upkeep and maintenance as well as assisting their team leader.
A game master's success is measured by team and individual productivity as well as overall store performance.
