Product consultants take a consultative approach to demonstrating vehicles based on a consumer needs analysisThis is an exciting, gratifying and faced paced industryAs the transactions average in excess of $25,000, consultants must have good people skills, an outgoing personality and the organizational ability to manage a purchase funnel of prospective clientsDevelop quotes and proposalsSupport a virtual consultation and transaction processPhysical delivery of closing documents for purchased titled goodsThis is NOT car selling as traditionally conductedStivers has a strict training curriculum and 3 month training process followed by a defined career track with multiple opportunities for promotion and advancement within the first five yearsThis is a career path with competitive salary and performance bonuses. Job Requirements 1A desire for advancement and promotion by consistently hitting goals and targets over a several year period. 2Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Apple Operating Systems and a comfort level with digital devices 3Excellent appearance, organization and verbal skills. 4A valid drivers license with a good driving history. 5A desire to provide an exceptional customer experience within a team oriented organization. 6A strong moral compass and a desire to work in a team atmosphere.
