Summary:

The Production Manager will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, meeting production targets, and maintaining quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the production team to ensure smooth operations and adherence to production schedules - Develop and implement strategies to optimize production efficiency and reduce costs - Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate production activities and resolve any issues or bottlenecks - Train and mentor production staff on best practices, safety protocols, and quality control measures - Maintain accurate production records, including inventory levels, production output, and equipment maintenance - Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement corrective actions as needed - Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations in the production area
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role as a Production Manager or Supervisor - Strong knowledge of collision center operations, including inventory management and logistics - Proficient in operating forklifts and power tools - Ability to assemble and fabricate products using hand tools - Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues and perform minor repairs - Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement If you are a highly motivated individual with a passion for driving operational excellence, we encourage you to apply for this position.
